Riddor Direct Health Care Crisis response helpline
Riddor Direct Health Care is a crisis response helpline available to everyone in Africa/East Africa-Uganda. There is immediate help by telephone at any time every day, if you're in distress or despair or someone you know is.
Counsellors answer all telephone calls. They listen, help and support you in confidence. They don't judge you. They can deal with different concerns including:
- Self-harm
- Depression
- anxiety
- Suicide
- Trauma
- Sexual violence and abuse
Helping you find follow-up services
Riddor Direct Health Care can arrange an appointment for face-to-face counseling or other therapies in your area within seven days. They can put you in touch with follow-up services so you get the best possible response.
