If you have received a poor Food Hygiene rating following your scheduled inspection, we will complete a full on-site audit and report to determine what you need to do, in line with the Food Management System to improve you rating.

This will detail the corrective actions you should take to get the best possible Food Hygiene rating from the OHS

– Aiming for a 5 star Food Hygiene Rating.

We will hold your hand and provide guidance through the whole process to help you improve your Food Hygiene score before your next scheduled inspection or before requesting a rescore visit. This will include liaison with the Environmental Health Officer (EHO) at your local council.
